Delivery Service

Our shipping prices start from $10 and vary depending on the products you choose. The exact shipping cost for all states based on the products you choose will be calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply based on distance, which we will confirm with our outsourced transport company at the time of your order.

To ensure timely delivery, orders must be confirmed and placed with a deposit at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking. We are not responsible for any delays if this requirement is not met.

Redirection Fee: Due to wrong address / inaccessible site $150 Fee.

Deliveries are to the Kerbside via Hiab Crane Only. Please advise that with changes in fuel prices/fuel levy impacting the transport industry, delivery charges may vary.

Our customer care team will personally contact you to schedule a delivery date that suits your preferences and availability.

3. Delivered

Rest assured, your items will be carefully transported and promptly delivered to your specified address, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Online Order Fulfillments:

Once order is placed you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order.

What happens next:

  • For sample orders: customers will receive an email with tracking information, deliveries arrive in approx. 1-5 business days (depending on location)
  • For interstate orders:  Please note that shipping costs are not included in the order when you checkout. Once we receive your order, we will get back to you with a detailed shipping quote. Our team will provide a delivery quote based on the most competitive shipping prices for interstate orders.

Delivery time frame: Upto 12 business days ( depending on location).
